You will curate bespoke cultural itineraries across Spain, supervise bookings and pricing, and build relationships with international clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring top-tier service.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a DMC, luxury tour operator, or related field.
• Extensive background in luxury bespoke travel and group operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

We are partnering with a boutique Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in premium, custom travel experiences, to recruit a Luxury Group Travel Manager.

The company curates and executes exclusive cultural journeys throughout Spain for discerning international travelers, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail, quality, and personalized service.

This senior, client-facing role blends luxury group sales with operational oversight, overseeing premium group travel projects from initial inquiry to final delivery with flawless execution. The position demands independence, exceptional client management abilities, and extensive experience in complex luxury group travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle luxury group travel inquiries from start to finish
• Create and organize bespoke cultural itineraries across Spain
• Serve as main contact for high-net-worth international clients
• Supervise bookings, pricing, availability, and documentation with internal team support
• Coordinate complex group logistics and operational execution with precision
• Address operational issues proactively to guarantee seamless service
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Maintain consistently high service standards in line with luxury expectations

Candidate Profile

• At least 5+ years of experience in a DMC, luxury tour operator, or related field
• Extensive background in luxury bespoke travel and group operations
• Demonstrated xqysrnh experience with Spain-based travel programs
• Thorough understanding of cultural tourism and luxury client expectations
• Capable of managing complex projects autonomously from start to finish
• Excellent communication, organizational, and B2B client management skills
• Fluent English required (additional languages advantageous)
