The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide information about facilities and local attractions. You will work with a dynamic, multicultural team in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or service-related roles preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, multicultural team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, proactive attitude.
• Good physical condition for luggage handling.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages an advantage.
• Valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage transportation, loading, and unloading.
• Escort guests to rooms and share information about facilities and experiences.
• Manage luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval per procedures.
• Respond to guest requests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, restaurants, activities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle delivery of messages, packages, mail, and other items per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, presentable work areas.
• Ensure luggage carts and equipment are in good working order.
• Respond promptly to guest and colleague requests.
• Assist with managing guest and vehicle traffic flow when needed.
• Comply with Ritz-Carlton service, safety, and quality standards.
• Protect confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions per procedures.
• Collaborate with other resort departments.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisors.
