Job summary

MSF-OCBA seeks a Mobile Support Technician to provide field-oriented technical support to Logistics and Supply Chain teams. The role identifies capacity gaps, supports improvements, and delivers training, coaching, and mentoring aligned with MSF standards.

The position includes on-site and remote delivery, with frequent travel to missions, field training, and capacity-building activities. Start date: November 2026; full-time contract with MSF-OCBA remuneration and a gross monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in adult training, facilitation and capacity building in humanitarian settings.
• Knowledge of MSF logistics standards and procedures is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-oriented technical and methodological support to Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Assess capacity gaps and implement improvement plans; deliver training, coaching and mentoring.
• Contribute to Field Log Training, Applied Security simulations and Logistics Technical Training.
