CHERY's OMODA & JAECOO Motors European headquarters in Barcelona seeks an accomplished Logistics IT leader to define and execute the European logistics IT roadmap, overseeing WMS, TMS, customs and port systems across multiple markets. You will drive digital transformation, lead cross‑functional projects with IT, operations and external partners, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience within logistics, supply chain, automotive, or related industrial environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing logistics IT systems such as WMS, TMS, Customs systems, and port community systems.
• Strong understanding of European logistics IT ecosystems, including SAP MM/WM, TMS, WMS, OMS, BMS, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations management, including incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and system reliability.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture and deployment within European environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data residency requirements, and European data protection regulations.
• Strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to translate global business strategy into a practical regional logistics IT roadmap.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior business leaders, operations teams, IT teams, and external partners.
• Experience working across multiple markets and multicultural environments.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Experience building and managing high performing teams across international environments.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of logistics IT systems across multiple European markets.
• Oversee logistics platforms including WMS, TMS, Customs systems, port‑related systems, and other supply chain technology solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and operational continuity of critical logistics systems.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities, together with disaster recovery and capacity planning.
• Act as the key interface between logistics business users and IT teams, collecting operational requirements and translating them into effective system solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to improve user experience, service quality, and overall logistics IT performance.

• Manage and coordinate internal teams, external technology partners, and contractors involved in logistics IT operations and projects.
• Support logistics system architecture decisions within the global IT framework and ensure alignment between regional and global standards.
• Lead major incident escalation when required and support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience within logistics, supply chain, automotive, or related industrial environments.
