Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings in Sedbergh. You will assess undifferentiated presentations, provide triage by phone or in person, and prescribe within your scope, adapting to diverse clinical environments.

Sessions are fully flexible and booked to fit your schedule, offering short-term, ad-hoc or regular weekly slots to support GP and urgent care services.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) required.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.

Responsabilités

• Delivering independent ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings.
• Assessing and managing undifferentiated presentations.
• Providing telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within your scope of practice
• Supporting clinical workflows such as results and follow-up actions
• Documenting accurately within service-specific clinical systems
