AstraZeneca GmbH in Spain and Italy seeks a Local Study Associate Director, Feasibility Lead to oversee feasibility for internal studies. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business management, or project management certification.
• Significant experience (~5 years) in pharmaceutical industry drug development processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proven experience in managing, influencing, building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering study delivery strategies and tactical/operational plans.
• Clinical trial patient and investigator recruitment and retention experience.
• Proven experience in project and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation and collaboration.
• Good knowledge of international guidelines ICH/GCP, GMP/GDP and local regulations.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end feasibility activities for Spain and Italy to support study design, site allocation, and recruitment forecasts.
• Act as SME for country feasibility and recruitment; train and oversee SMM users.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and AZ procedures across local studies.
• Coordinate with Global Feasibility and Global Project Team for country updates and risk mitigation.
• Develop country-specific recruitment and retention strategies, leveraging data and market insights.
• Manage country feasibility responses with timeliness and quality to meet milestones.
• Identify country challenges and harmonize with stakeholders to optimize study design.
• Transfer knowledge to local study teams at handover meetings and support continuous process improvement.
