Labhouse, a Barcelona-based startup studio building AI-powered mobile apps used by millions, is seeking an AI Engineer, Marketing. You will design and build LLM-powered tools and agents for our Marketing and Growth teams, turning repetitive processes into fast, scalable systems.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and marketing. You will own projects end-to-end—from scoping with the marketing team to shipping the solution, and integrate LLMs with marketing platforms and

Formación

• Strong, proven experience working with LLMs in production.
• Deep knowledge of agent frameworks and multi-step workflows.
• Experience building AI tools for Marketing: reporting, campaign optimization.
• Understanding of digital marketing: UA, growth channels, SEO, ASO, attribution.
• Strong Python skills and API integration.
• Business vision to automate high-leverage opportunities.
• Able to ship autonomously in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identify manual processes in Marketing and turn them into AI tools.
• Design and build LLM-based agents for marketing tasks.
• Own projects end-to-end—from scoping to shipping.
• Integrate LLMs with ad platforms, analytics, dashboards.
• Collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing, ASO/SEO leads.
• Measure productivity gains and iterate based on usage.
