TikTok is seeking a Strategy and Operations Intern, Mandarin Speaking for a 2027 start in Madrid. This internship focuses on LIVE operations, supporting planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with teams including product, marketing, and data analytics.

You will gain hands-on experience working on high-priority initiatives, developing new campaign concepts, and improving creator engagement and business performance while building professional relationships in a fast-paced tech

Formación

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, data science, marketing, communications, or related field.
Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin with strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and data visualization.
Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Support planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across creator ecosystem growth, campaigns, UX, and market development.
Analyse business, campaign, and creator performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Contribute to development of new campaign concepts and operational solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and track milestones.
Support creator and partner-facing activities including outreach and coordination.
