TikTok is seeking a Strategy and Operations Project Intern (Mandarin Speaking) for a 2026 start in Madrid. You will support high‑priority initiatives across creator ecosystem growth, campaigns, user experience, and process improvement, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.

This internship offers the opportunity to analyze performance data, translate findings into clear recommendations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, data science, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin with strong written and oral communication.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across creator ecosystem growth, campaigns, user experience, process improvement, and market development.
• Analyse business, campaign, and creator performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and reporting.
• Contribute to development of new campaign concepts, creator initiatives, and operational solutions that can improve engagement and business performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, creator operations, and data analytics, to align priorities, track milestones, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support creator and partner-facing activities when needed, including outreach, follow-up, communication, and coordination.
