Job summary

Highborn Global in Madrid is seeking an experienced, energetic and nurturing live-in nanny for a professional football family with a three-year-old and newborn baby. The role requires warmth, reliability and a hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of nanny experience, including newborn care, and flexibility to travel with the family. English fluency is preferred, Spanish or Portuguese an advantage, and a commitment to a long-term placement.

Responsibilities

• Light cooking, making beds and household duties when housekeepers are off.

Professional Football Family | €60,000–€75,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and nurturing live-in nanny for a professional football family in Madrid with a three-year-old and newborn baby.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years’ professional nanny experience, including newborn care.
• Proven longevity in previous family positions.
• A warm, fun and hands-on approach, with excellent knowledge of children’s routines and development.
• Flexibility to travel extensively with the family.
• A positive, all-round attitude, happy to assist with light cooking, making beds and household duties when housekeepers are off.
• Good conversational English; Spanish or Portuguese an advantage.

Package: €60,000–€75,000 gross annually, live-in accommodation, five working days per week with two flexible days off (not necessarily weekends).

The family are looking for someone loyal, adaptable and genuinely committed to a long-term position.
