HusmanHagberg Spain is seeking an experienced Listing Agent to join our Costa del Sol network. You will contact property owners, evaluate properties, and build long-term client relationships while earning a small fixed salary plus commissions.

We value initiative, independence, and the ability to creatively source listings. Fluency in Spanish and English, a valid driver’s license, and your own car are preferred, with local knowledge from Malaga to Estepona helping you succeed.

As a Listing Agent Your Responsibilities Will Include

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have worked as a Listing Agent in Costa del Sol before. You are a driven listing agent who loves to do business. The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.

Focuses on the customer and just as we do - values a good collaboration with each other, with the brand´s other offices and with all our partners, good organizing skills and building relationships.

You have a driver´s license and your own car, speak more or less fluent Spanish and English. Local knowledge of the area between from Malaga to Estepona where we operate is a bonus. And if you are a skilled photographer, it would be a great.
