Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Line Cook to prepare menu items, maintain high kitchen standards, and work across sections as needed on board. You should have strong knife skills, comprehensive culinary knowledge, and the ability to read and execute company recipes.

The role requires at least 4 years in upscale service and a culinary school degree, with robust communication and leadership abilities to thrive in a multicultural shipboard environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or banquet service.
• At least 2 years as Line Cook; shipboard experience preferred.
• Culinary school degree is required.
• Strong management, communication, problem solving and people skills.
• Superior customer service, teambuilding and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of personalized service principles, quality standards, and guest satisfaction evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all basic food items for the menu as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain advanced knife handling and kitchen technique.
• Work in any kitchen section as needed.
• Possess good food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms.
• Read, understand, and follow company recipes.
• Follow public health standards and prepare for inspections.
• Maintain assigned area for health inspections by F&B leadership or inspectors.
• Be punctual and maintain professional appearance and hygiene according to company rules.
