Eurofins Valencia is seeking an IT Business Analyst - LIMS Process Expert to translate lab and business requirements into actionable deliverables. You will optimize chromatography data workflows, ensure EU compliance, and collaborate with product, engineering, IT, and commercial teams across Europe.
You will elicit requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage BRD/URD documentation, and guide backlog grooming and release scoping.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software or scientific environments.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile.
- Familiarity with LIMS and CDS.
- Excellent communication across multi-cultural EU teams.
- Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and EA frameworks.
Responsabilidades
- Map regulatory and lab data to improved efficiency and quality.
- Elicit, document, and refine BRD/URD and acceptance criteria.
- Lead EU-regional UAT, sign-off, and change management for features.
- Harmonize chromatographic data workflows across EU sites.
- Build dashboards for performance, throughput, QC metrics, and adoption.
