IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a full-time recruiter to build and manage a panel of healthcare professionals. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure questionnaire completion.

Ideal candidates are native French speakers with strong English, attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience in multinational environments. The role offers a collaborative, diverse team and opportunities to contribute to market research studies.

Formación

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.

What to expect:

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.

• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
