IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French-speaking professionals to recruit and maintain a panel of doctors for our market research studies. You will build trustful relationships with Healthcare Professionals, manage registrations, and support questionnaire completion.

The ideal candidate speaks French fluently, has good English, and shows excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Experience with multinational companies and translation tasks is a plus.

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.

• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
