Bip Iberia is seeking a Manager for its Life Sciences team, working with clients across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. The role focuses on consulting, collaboration, and rapid growth opportunities within a flexible work model.

Requirements include 5–7 years in consulting (4+ in business consulting), Life Sciences knowledge, a university degree, and fluency in Spanish and English. Strong analytical, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.

• 5–7 years of consulting experience.
• At least 4 years in business consulting or similar, including project and team management.
• General knowledge of the Life Sciences sector.
• University education and high level of Spanish and English.
