Tecnicas Reunidas is seeking a Cost Control Leader to oversee project cost control, forecasting, and monthly budget reporting within a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will lead the cost control team, assess risks, and drive continuous improvements, ensuring timely certifications and cash flow updates.

The role emphasizes English communication and collaboration with the Project Controls Manager, offering a hybrid schedule with part-time remote work and a flexible timetable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for the Project, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.
• Lead the Cost Control Team to perform the cost control function for the project.
• Manage the monthly reporting of the project execution budget.
• Manage monthly update of CashFlow report & monthly certifications.
• Assess risks and improvement opportunities for escalation management reporting.
• Perform other job related tasks as assigned.
