Sonoco is seeking an LMS Specialist to manage day-to-day administration of the LMS with a strong focus on Workday Learning. You will support learning programs, ensure data integrity, and provide reporting to drive organizational learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and proficient in administering enterprise learning systems, with experience in LMS reporting and vendor collaboration.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of LMS administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering Workday Learning is required.
  • Experience supporting instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and online learning programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with LMS reporting experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsabilidades

  • Administer and maintain the LMS, with hands-on responsibility for Workday Learning.
  • Configure and manage courses, curricula, certifications, learning journeys, instructor-led training, virtual classes, and online programs.
  • Coordinate course scheduling, enrollments, attendance tracking, completions, and learner communications.
  • Upload, test, publish, and maintain digital learning content with data accuracy.
  • Provide timely technical support to learners, instructors, and business partners.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports and dashboards to monitor compliance, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure records, assignments, and completions are up to date.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, HR, HR Technology, and external vendors for initiatives, enhancements, integrations.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of Workday updates and LMS enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain LMS documentation and procedures to support governance and administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve LMS functionality and learner experience.

Required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Learning Management System administration experience.
  • Hands‑on experience administering Workday Learning is required.
  • Experience supporting instructor‑led, virtual instructor‑led, and online learning programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating and interpreting LMS reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise learning platforms and external content providers (e.g., Skillsoft, LinkedIn Learning, Vector Solutions, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
  • Experience supporting LMS implementations, upgrades, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
