ADP is seeking an Instructional Designer for a temporary contract in Barcelona. You will apply agile design approaches to develop engaging learning solutions that meet the needs of ADP associates and clients, using ADP standards and tools.
You have 3+ years in instructional development, with experience across eLearning, instructor-led, blended modalities, and can develop content in English and French. You will partner across the learning org to innovate and improve design practices.
ADP is hiring an Instructional Designer with advanced English and French languages (temporary contract)
In this role, you will focus primarily on applying efficient and agile design approaches to develop innovative, engaging learning solutions, using ADP learning design standards and tools, to meet the learning needs of ADP associates and clients.
No two days are the same. You will do everything from creating design documents, testing and deploying content, conducting needs assessments across multiple business lines, establishing training plans, overseeing translations, measuring results, and more. You will do this all to the highest standards with an eye on appealing to multi-generational talent and the modern learner and by partnering across the learning organization to apply innovative techniques in instructional design. You can create compelling content and convey ideas and information to many levels of an organization.
To thrive in the role, you have 3+ years of experience in the learning & development field. You have worked independently to design and develop sound training in various modalities, i.e., eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, and more, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines. You need to be able to develop learning solutions in English and French. It would be best to be a continuous learner who focuses on personal development and business process improvement to our design standards. Your work will help our businesses support our clients who employ one to millions of employees.
A college degree is not required but could set you apart. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. You will need 3+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
You will have experience using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and/or Vyond. You will possess the technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
