Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Supervisor, Technical Training to lead a team delivering manufacturing training for valve assembly and related processes.

You will coordinate training activities aligned with the Master Product Schedule (MPS) and New Product Introduction (NPI), supervise trainers, evaluate performance, and drive improvements in training effectiveness while ensuring compliance with quality and EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with related experience or 9 years' assembly/training experience.
• Technical Diploma with 3 years' supervisory experience.
• Associate's Degree with 3 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees in conducting technical training activities.
• Oversee training materials, inventory, and training metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule Screening, Work Trial, and training activities in response to MPS and NPI needs.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews of Trainers and Trainees.
• Prepare training records to ensure audit compliance.
