Nextpower Inc is seeking a Manager of Structural & Geotechnical Engineering in Madrid to lead teams and oversee design processes for solar tracking projects. This hybrid role is key in ensuring technical excellence and compliance with Eurocodes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, fluency in English and Spanish, and 7-10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills are essential, alongside expertise in engineering tools such as AutoCAD and Python.

Formación

• 7-10 years of professional experience in the solar utility-scale industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Eurocodes and international civil design regulations.
• Ability to manage and lead engineering teams.
