Kyndryl Madrid HQ is seeking a technically solid architect with a passion for learning and client‑facing delivery. You will shape enterprise and solution architectures in complex environments, translating business needs into scalable cloud-native designs and AI governance frameworks.

Fluency in Spanish with strong English is required, with opportunities to engage C‑level audiences. The role offers a hybrid, partially remote setup in Madrid and exposure to cutting‑edge platforms and servicing

Formación

• 5+ years designing enterprise or solution architectures in complex organizations.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures: containers (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), API-first integration, microservices, data platforms.
• Experience designing production-ready architectures on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Practical knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and related tooling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural decisions and communicate in Spanish and English to technical and executive audiences.
• Preferred: experience designing or evaluating AI agent architectures and LangGraph/LangChain stacks.
