Bain & Company seeks a Lead, Software Engineering to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated software solutions at production scale. You will join the AI, Insights & Solutions team, collaborate with general consultants and clients, and mentor junior members.

The role requires 3+ days a week in person, travel, and strong experience in Python, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with leadership duties.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5 years minimum experience.
• 3+ years at Senior or Staff level, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English. Minimum business fluent Spanish for Iberia.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with consulting teams to identify software solutions for client business problems.
• Serve as a technical lead delivering end-to-end solutions (architecture to hands-on development).
• Participate in the software development life cycle including designing distributed systems and code reviews.
• Collaborate on reusable frameworks, models, and components across industries.
• Lead innovations translating into impact for clients.
