Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead Site Services to act as the primary contact for procurement of services and investments at the assigned site(s) within the STO network. Located in Spain with flexibility to work from Barcelona, this role aims to achieve global strategic procurement objectives and manage supplier relationships to drive value and compliance.

Qualifications

• University/Advanced level degree needed.
• Master's Degree/other advanced degree in Economics, Finance or related areas is preferred.
• Fluent English is a must (excellence in speaking and writing).
• Advanced Spanish or French are desirable.
• >10 years of relevant procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement for services and investments at designated site(s).
• Drive productivity and cost-efficiency metrics in procurement activities.
• Manage compliance metrics and stakeholder relationships with key suppliers.
• Support, coach and develop procurement teams and talent where needed.
• Coordinate end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes and negotiations.
