Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team for complex Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will lead the on-site scheduling function, review contractor schedules, and analyze time and change impacts to enable early risk identification.

You will maintain the master schedule, develop integrated work breakdown structures, and coordinate with multiple data sources. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus 7–10 years in project planning, are required for this role

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects, preferably data centres.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule and delivering status reports.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build good working relationships with project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the on-site scheduling team to review internal schedules and contractor schedules, analyze and report on time and change impacts.
• Maintain and monitor the master schedule and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Develop tender and contractual schedule requirements, including KPIs for schedule accuracy.
• Create and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project and integrate packages into the master plan.
• Review contractor schedules, provide recommendations to the client, and prepare progress reports for management and client.
• Monitor progress against key milestones and report in line with the Baseline Programme.

Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Lead Scheduler to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex Data Centres large scale construction projects.

Job Objectives

• Lead the on site scheduling teamto review internal schedules, review contractor's schedules, analyse, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope change impacts or delay enabling early identification of risks
• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule
• Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule
• Lead the development of the tender requirements and contractual requirements, including contractual KPl's in relation to schedule accuracy, achievement of key milestones and timely submission of programmes for the Core Contracts
• Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project
• Integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule
• Review contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client
• Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client
• Monitor progress on key delivery milestones and report on compliance in line with the agreed Baseline Programme
• Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule
• Assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report
• Put forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim
• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule
• Work out site logistic planning for project
• Prepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work

Qualifications

• 7- 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Develops good working relationships with project team
• The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions
