Scopely España is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the MONOPOLY GO! Game team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis (3x week in office). You will lead the live minigames strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure high-quality launches with robust telemetry and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management leadership for live services at scale, with a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. This role offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona.

• Direct the cross-functional group managing MONOPOLY GO! Live Minigames from planning to live execution.

• Coordinate execution across Design, Engineering, Art, UX, Economy, Analytics, Production, QA, Localization.
• Ensure high-quality launches with specs, playtesting, issue resolution, risk mitigation.
• Implement product, economic, and technical telemetry with alerts and SOPs.
• Use analytics and player feedback to optimize progression, rewards, engagement, monetization.
• Expand capabilities via reusable frameworks, content pipelines, automation, performance tracking, mentorship.

What You Will Do

• Direct the cross-functional group managing MONOPOLY GO! Live Minigames. You are responsible for every initiative from initial planning to live execution, ensuring exceptional experiences for players alongside stable, predictable operations globally.
• Drive the strategy for live minigames, balancing player delight, brand vision, commercial goals, operational stability, and technical efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate execution across Design, Engineering, Art, UX, Economy, Analytics, Production, QA, and Localization, establishing clear milestones, accountability, dependencies, and launch readiness decision points.
• Ensure high-quality launches using structured specifications, configuration checks, rigorous playtesting, prompt issue resolution, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Implement comprehensive product, economic, and technical telemetry for all events, establishing automated alerts, coverage schedules, clear escalation channels, and standard operating procedures.
• Leverage analytics, player feedback, market trends, and post-launch reviews to optimize progression, rewards, engagement, and monetization while preventing recurring operational issues.
• Expand our portfolio capabilities through reusable frameworks, streamlined content pipelines, automation, performance tracking, and mentorship that frees up bandwidth for innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management leadership delivering complex live services at scale, with a proven track record of driving player satisfaction, product quality, and reliable execution. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Deep expertise in free-to-play mobile mechanics, player motivations, core loops, progression systems, economy design, social features, and long-term retention strategy.
