You will oversee the academic program, mentor staff, monitor student progress, and engage families while promoting inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environments. A strong background in pedagogy and collaboration is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or equivalent.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required locally.
• Minimum teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
• Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies.
• Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
• Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities.
• Lead pedagogical meetings and support professional development.
