• Diagnoses and completes complex repairs at customer sites using specialized tools and documented procedures.
• Performs preventative maintenance per documented schedules on power generation products in the field.
• Completes required service documentation and quality records in business systems.
• Escalates unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisor and coaches technicians when needed.
