Ethos is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft and critique strategy decks, roadmaps, and review documents for AI-generated presentations across core workflows.

The role requires 4+ years shipping products and presenting to executives, with expert PowerPoint skills and meticulous written communication. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement (5–20 hours per week).

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a lead product manager at a top technology company.
• Track record of presenting product strategy to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Present strategy, roadmaps, reviews, and OKR materials to stakeholders.
