Ethos is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to help train an advanced language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across workflows like storyline development and executive summaries.

This is a flexible, fully remote role with 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Ideal candidates have 3+ years at top tech companies or enterprise B2B firms and expert PowerPoint craft.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Partnerships Manager (or BD focused on partnerships) at a top high-growth tech company or enterprise B2B firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring.
• Ensure client-ready deck production with data-driven exhibits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to train the language model on professional presentation tasks.
