Scopely in Barcelona is seeking a Motion Design Lead to join our Flamed team on a hybrid basis. You will oversee high‑impact motion design projects across the Scopely Explore portfolio, ensuring on‑brand delivery and visual storytelling excellence.

You will mentor artists, set artistic direction, collaborate with creative directors and producers, and elevate motion, animation, and compositing across multiple IPs including Pokémon GO and Monster Hunter Now.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in motion design or related fields, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• A strong video reel demonstrating expert-level motion design and animation.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine and Photoshop.
• Excellent art direction, storytelling, and visual taste.
• Solid understanding of team coordination in creative environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for creative excellence.
• Interest or passion for mobile games (Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, Pikmin Bloom) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee motion design projects from concept to final delivery for the Scopely Explore portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, producers, and artists to ensure quality and on-brand execution.
• Provide artistic and technical direction on motion design, animation, and compositing.
• Review and guide vendors to align with visual identity and performance goals.
• Mentor and support internal artists to develop their growth.
• Contribute to visual development, style frames, and storyboards; set artistic tone.
• Maintain attention to detail in a constructive cross-feedback environment.
