Stimstudio in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is seeking a Lookdev Supervisor to lead the Lookdev and Texturing artist team for the animated series Ghost Force. You will translate 2D concepts into high-quality 3D shaders and textures, reporting to the Director and Technical Management.

You will define the final look with the Art Director, collaborate across departments to ensure smooth asset pipelines, and implement workflows and documentation to standardize production.

Formación

• 5+ years in animation or VFX in a senior/lead lookdev role.
• Mastery of look development, shading, texturing, and Arnold.
• Experience with node-based lookdev software (Katana, Gaffer, Houdini, Solaris).
• Proven team management and coordination of 3D artists.
• Excellent communication to bridge art, R&D/Pipeline and production.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor the Lookdev and Texturing team.
• Define and validate final look of characters, sets, and props.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure asset pipeline.
• Implement workflows, material templates, and technical docs.
• Guarantee shader optimization and asset efficiency for rendering.
• Anticipate technical/art challenges and propose tools.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
