Job summary

isardSAT is seeking an IT Lead to own and evolve its IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable services for scientific, R&D and corporate teams.

You will define IT strategy, manage hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments, and drive cybersecurity while supporting internal users and external providers. This role requires strong communication and problem‑solving in English and Catalan.

Qualifications

• Degree or master’s in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or a similar role.
• Previous experience as an IT Lead, Senior System Administrator or equivalent.
• Experience managing hybrid on‑premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows, networking, systems administration and cybersecurity.
• Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1) and Catalan (minimum B2) is essential.
