Impress, europe's leading health-tech innovator, seeks a Lead ERP Solutions Architect (Odoo) for our onsite Barcelona team. You will own Odoo across entities, set architecture for back-office operations, and drive finance automation while coordinating with finance, operations and clinics.

You’ll collaborate with external partners, ensure multi-country compliance, and defend ERP boundaries vs CRM. Fluency in English is essential, and you will be based at our HQ full-time in Barcelona.

Formación

• Deep hands-on Odoo expertise across modules.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-country setups.
• Ability to specify APIs or event contracts and critique designs.
• Strong understanding of finance, tax regimes and e-invoicing.
• Fluent English; based in Barcelona HQ.

Responsabilidades

• Own Odoo 18 across entities: config, integrations, roadmap.
• Define target architecture for back-office ops across systems.
• Drive finance automation: bank connectivity, AR reconciliation, PO flow.
• Own integrations: CRM-ERP sync, billing, inventory, tax settings.
• Work with AP/AR, accounting, logistics and clinics daily.
