N-iX CTO Group seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to shape technology direction and drive high-impact delivery for global enterprise accounts. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor architects, and act as trusted advisor to client leaders while scaling architectural impact across portfolios.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, pre-sales involvement, and adoption of modern practices to accelerate transformation for large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Deep cloud-native architecture experience across multiple platforms.
• Provenleadership of large consultancy engagements with enterprise clients.
• Strong experience building scalable distributed systems (team 30+).
• Expertise in microservices, APIs, integration patterns and design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with engineers and executives.
• Fluent or advanced English; delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture vision and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Drive growth by creating reusable framework assets for delivery and consulting.
• Mentor and scale architecture and engineering teams across accounts.
• Advise C-level executives on digital strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee architecture governance, risk management, and value delivery.
• Guide discovery, workshops, audits, and pre-sales solution proposals.
• Engage in project delivery to ensure alignment with the stated architecture.
