Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing engineering or technical teams.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of production systems and performance tuning.

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive improvements in platform reliability, stability, and performance.
• Oversee Managed Service Provider (MSP) performance and service quality.
