Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. seeks an experienced DPS Testing Manager to lead testing for Digital Passport System initiatives. You will develop testing strategies, supervise a team of testers, and ensure quality across functional, performance, and security dimensions.

You will define methodologies, implement automation, manage test data, and collaborate with product owners and developers. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years in software testing and QA with leadership experience.
• Hands-on testing of data processing services, data pipelines and ETL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD.
• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage comprehensive testing strategies for DPS initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of DPS testers.
• Define testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Create and execute test cases, scripts, and data with traceability.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with data processing regulations.
