Job summary

Roche España is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to own end-to-end lifecycle processes, build custom tooling, and manage infrastructure as code for large workloads in production. You will lead complex orchestrations, implement robust security and monitoring, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across teams to improve developer experience and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Production environments managing large workloads and end-to-end lifecycles.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering collaboration.
• Experience implementing Agile/DevOps improvements and external best practices.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives end-to-end lifecycle processes and orchestrations.
• Troubleshoots complex issues across distributed environments and coordinates with multiple teams.
• Mentors juniors and shares knowledge at internal/external events.
• Aligns technical strategy with product goals and developer experience.
• Manages large infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripts in Production.
