Omya is seeking a skilled data engineer in Barcelona to design and build data ingestion and transformation pipelines. This role involves ensuring data performance, reliability, and quality, and managing data storage and processing layers. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Azure Data Platform, ETL/ELT pipelines, and be adept at data quality validation. Formación

• Experience with Azure Data Platform, specifically Data Lake, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Proficiency in designing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to process structured and semi-structured data.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Manage data storage and processing layers.
• Ensure data performance, reliability, and quality.
• Implement data engineering best practices and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineers.
