Hack In Hire is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect for a leading ICT services client in Madrid, Spain. The role focuses on defining and steering the evolution of enterprise security architectures while aligning with risk management and business objectives.

You will act as the technical reference for cybersecurity, shaping standards, roadmaps, and strategic security initiatives across multinational teams and external partners. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with proven enterprise security design.
• Experience designing and evolving security architectures in multinational contexts.
• Leadership and coordination of internal teams and external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design and lead evolution of cybersecurity architectures aligned with business goals.
• Act as the technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.
• Ensure security requirements are integrated into programs, projects and initiatives.
• Define security standards, roadmaps and evolution plans.
• Coordinate governance processes and enterprise architecture decisions.
• Provide oversight to multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization in an international setting.
• Promote Security by Design, Zero Trust principles and best practices.
