Hack in Hire is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect for a major client in Madrid. You will define and evolve enterprise security architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and risk management.

You will act as the technical reference for cybersecurity, define standards and roadmaps, and coordinate across teams and vendors in a multinational environment. Fluency in English and German is preferred; a Master’s in Cybersecurity is expected.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Architect responsibilities.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise security architectures within multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating internal technical teams and external service providers.
• Experience participating in technology governance processes and enterprise architecture decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, and lead the evolution of the organization's cybersecurity architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
• Act as the technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.
• Ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into technology programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Define security standards, policies, technical requirements, roadmaps, and strategic security evolution plans.
• Participate in technology governance processes and support corporate-level architectural decision-making.
• Coordinate and provide technical oversight to multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including the CISO, Security Office, SOC, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business teams in an international environment.
• Promote the adoption of Security by Design, Zero Trust principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
