Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Valencia, Spain is seeking a Lead Caregiver to supervise shift teams and ensure consistent, compassionate resident care. You will lead shift assignments, coach caregivers, and ensure documentation meets ISP standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications, strong communication and decision-making skills, and experience in assisted living or memory care.
