Entzimatiko, in collaboration with INZU Group, seeks an Industrial Engineer to lead scale-up of bio-based processes from lab to pilot and industrial scale. You will bridge R&D, engineering, and production to drive operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes process reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, with on-site work in Zumaia, Gipuzkoa. A full-time contract and competitive compensation are offered to advance sustainable bioprocesses.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in bio-based process scale-up
• Experience bridging R&D and industrial production

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate process scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and industrial scale
• Design, operate, and optimize pilot plant processes
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of industrial processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs
• Develop, maintain, and standardize process documentation and scale-up protocols
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and engineering teams
• Support technology transfer from development to full-scale production
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Contribute to development of innovative and sustainable technologies
