EBRO Factory is seeking an experienced Automation Projects Engineer to lead automation and industrialisation projects within our Paint Shop, driving restart-up, optimisation and development of painting facilities with high efficiency and reliability.
You will manage automation projects from specification to commissioning, define electrical and automation standards, coordinate suppliers, perform 2D/3D studies, and train maintenance teams to improve reliability and maintenance practices across the
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation projects.
- Experience with automated production lines and commissioning.
- Knowledge of Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
- Familiar with EPLAN and AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of ATEX installations and Machinery Safety regulations (RD 1215).
- English at least B2 level.
Responsabilidades
- Manage automation projects from specification to commissioning.
- Define electrical and automation standards across the plant.
- Lead restart-up and reindustrialisation of Paint Shop facilities.
- Develop new paint shop installations using 3-WET technology.
- Coordinate suppliers during design, installation and start-up phases.
- Perform 2D/3D studies and simulations.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams.
- Drive improvements in reliability, efficiency and preventive maintenance.
- Analyse breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects.
