Kyndryl busca un Lead AI Engineer para liderar proyectos estratégicos en IA Generativa, RAG y agentes inteligentes, con presencia en Madrid. La persona ideal colaborará con equipos multidisciplinares y liderará la implementación de soluciones de IA en entornos críticos.

Se requiere experiencia de al menos 5 años en IA, conocimiento de pipelines de datos, LLMOps y tecnologías como Docker/Kubernetes. Trabajo totalmente presencial en oficinas centrales de Madrid.

Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en IA.
• Diseño de arquitecturas de IA y agentes inteligentes.
• Implementación de soluciones RAG.
• Integración con ITSM/BMC y herramientas de observabilidad.
• Definición de pipelines de datos para análisis de impacto y simulaciones.
• Conocimientos de microservicios, contenedores Docker y Kubernetes.
• Experiencia en XML, JSON y servicios REST.
• Lenguajes: Python, Java o .NET.

Responsabilidades

The Role

Buscamos un/a Lead AI Engineer para participar en un proyecto estratégico del sector público, contribuyendo al diseño, desarrollo e implantación de soluciones avanzadas de Inteligencia Artificial en entornos críticos.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en la implementación de soluciones basadas en IA Generativa, arquitecturas RAG y agentes inteligentes, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares para acelerar la adopción de capacidades de automatización e inteligencia operacional.

Trabajo totalmente presencial en oficinas ubicadas en el centro de Madrid (zona Embajadores). Horario de trabajo de 08:00 a 15:00h. Responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar soluciones end-to-end de Inteligencia Artificial a partir de documentación funcional, diseños técnicos y especificaciones definidas.

• Implementar componentes basados en arquitecturas agentic garantizando su integración en entornos productivos.

• Participar en la definición e implementación de arquitecturas de IA escalables, incluyendo bases de datos vectoriales y flujos de prompting.

• Diseñar e implementar pipelines LLMOps para asegurar despliegues fiables y mantenibles.

• Colaborar en la estimación técnica de iniciativas de IA, considerando aspectos como costes de ejecución, rendimiento y escalabilidad.

• Diseñar e implementar soluciones de AIOps y agentes inteligentes aplicados a entornos operacionales.

• Integrar soluciones de IA con plataformas ITSM/BMC, CMDB y herramientas de observabilidad.

Who You Are Imprescindible:

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional, incluyendo experiencia relevante en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial.

• Experiencia en:

• Diseño de arquitecturas de AIOps y agentes inteligentes.

• Implementación de soluciones RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).

• Integración con sistemas ITSM/BMC, CMDB y herramientas de observabilidad.

• Definición de pipelines de datos para análisis de impacto y simulaciones.

• Experiencia como Software Engineer en proyectos complejos.

• Sólidos conocimientos de desarrollo en alguno de los siguientes lenguajes: Python, Java o .NET.

• Experiencia trabajando con XML, JSON y servicios REST.

• Conocimientos de arquitecturas de microservicios, contenedores (Docker y Kubernetes) y sistemas de mensajería.

Deseable:

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática o disciplina técnica relacionada.

• Certificación en Azure, AWS o Google Cloud Platform.

• Experiencia con herramientas DevOps y prácticas modernas de ingeniería.
