Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in CS/AI or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in enterprise AI.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and LLM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise blueprint for Roche's GenAI platform.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of agentic paradigms in production.
• Establish standards for LLMOps and Agent-Ops governance.
• Collaborate with executives to translate problems into agent-driven software.
• Mentor developers and AI engineers across global hubs.
