Jobtailor in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead and coordinate AI initiatives across the organization, including acculturation programs, training, and large-scale adoption of Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio.

You will translate complex AI concepts into business narratives, ensure governance and compliance, manage the AI demand pipeline and project portfolio, and collaborate with senior executives, IT, risk, legal, architecture, and SG teams to drive scalable,

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• Continuous learning and professional development in AI, data analytics, project management, and leadership.
• Familiarity with the automotive or mobility industry is a plus.
• Ability to engage senior executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into compelling business narratives.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Understanding of responsible AI, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience managing multiple AI initiatives and prioritizing opportunities.
• Proven ability to drive change, enable users, and scale AI adoption.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate AI initiatives and governance across entities.

• Coordinate required validations and support governance processes
• Own and structure the AI demand pipeline, including business case collection, tracking, and follow-up across entities
• Manage the AI project portfolio, stakeholder alignment, business cases, delivery roadmap, risks, governance, and scaling of AI solutions
• Coordinate across business, IT, risk, legal, architecture, and central SG teams
• Drive communication and visibility of AI initiatives across countries and functions
• Support and monitor AI delivery at scale, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate go-live timelines
• Translate complex AI concepts into business narratives and build organizational momentum
• Drive change, enable users, and scale responsible AI adoption

Requirements
