Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Landing Gear Engineer to design, analyze and certify landing gear systems and components for the C-295 program within a multinational environment.

The role requires extensive experience in aeronautical and military domains, strong leadership, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Aeronautical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years in Aeronautical industry.
• Minimum 10 years in Military industry.
• Minimum 5 years on C-295 program.
• Minimum 5 years on Landing gear DO.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify, modelling, analyse, qualify and certify Landing Gear System, Sub-system, Equipment, Component and Module.
• Contribute to safety, quality, performance, cost and environmental requirements.
• Support MAP, Manufacturing Engineering and quality teams.

Landing Gear Engineer

Design, specify, modelling, analyse, qualify and certify for Landing Gear System, Sub-system, Equipment, Component and Module considering the following factors: Safety, Quality, Systems Performance, Cost, Environmental, Operational and Industrial requirements.

• Fluent English
