Vitrolife Group is seeking a Laboratory Samples Receptionist to join our Laboratory team in Paterna, Valencia. This temporary role focuses on accurate reception, registration and documentation of patient samples while supporting the lab team.

You will maintain data accuracy, traceability and quality standards, providing reliable administrative and customer support with the patient at the center of our work.

Formación

• Degree or FP in Administration.
• Knowledge or training in Biology or similar would be valuable.
• Level B2 of English speaking and writing.
• Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, word...)
• Navision ERP experience preferable.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in Healthcare sector, FIV clinics preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the laboratory's procedures for samples handling and maintaining records of patient test results.
• Dealing with customer requests by email, phone, fax, etc
• Responsible for handling documentation requirements
• Outsourcing and overseeing of sample reception area
• Providing administrative support to the laboratory team
• Ensuring accuracy and proofreading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the software
• Entering and updating client data where required using the proper software
• Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems or immediately notify the general supervisor, technical supervisor, clinical consultant, or director
• Document all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications
