Pasiona is seeking an L2 Platform Operations specialist to manage MuleSoft platform stability, incidents, and SLA compliance. The role integrates AWS/Azure, OpenShift, and gateway technologies in a hybrid European setup, with on-site and remote work balance.

Responsibilities include incident management, log analysis, runbook execution, and RCA for recurring issues, along with basic automation and production support participation. English C1 is required.

Formación

• 3-5 years MuleSoft Platform Management experience.
• Proficient with MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform and OpenShift.
• Experience with AWS and Azure, OAuth/OpenID and API Security.
• ITIL knowledge and Argo CI/CD familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
• Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Support deployments, releases and changes.
• Execute runbooks, recovery procedures and operational tasks.
• Document incidents, resolutions and known workarounds.
• Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify recurring issues.
• Maintain simple automation scripts.
• Support Flex/Omni Gateway operations.
• Track actions and deliverables to closure.
• Participate in production support meetings, on-call and major incidents.

Location: Europe Shift | Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Role: L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform , ensuring platform stability, incident resolution and SLA compliance across AWS, Azure and OpenShift . This is a Platform Operations / L2 Support role, not an API Development position .

Main Tasks:

3-5 years MuleSoft Platform Management, MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, basic AWS & Azure, OAuth/OpenID & API Security, ITIL, Argo CI/CD, English C1, Computer Science or equivalent. XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON, networking (VIP/firewalls/load balancers), certificate lifecycle, SOAP UI, Postman, ServiceNow, Linux. English and Spanish are a must Madrid
